180ml cooled boiled water
4 scoops Karihome Gold Adult Goat Milk
or 6 scoops Karihome High Calcium Goat Milk Powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
In a bowl, dissolve Karihome Goat Milk Powder in cooled boiled water until smooth.
Combine oats, chia seeds, and mango in a jar or container.
Pour in the prepared goat milk and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, give it a good stir and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
Serve chilled — creamy, fruity, and packed with natural goodness!
