Karihome Overnight Oats

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 180ml cooled boiled water

  • 4 scoops Karihome Gold Adult Goat Milk

  • or 6 scoops Karihome High Calcium Goat Milk Powder

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, dissolve Karihome Goat Milk Powder in cooled boiled water until smooth.

  2. Combine oats, chia seeds, and mango in a jar or container.

  3. Pour in the prepared goat milk and stir well.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  5. In the morning, give it a good stir and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.

  6. Serve chilled — creamy, fruity, and packed with natural goodness!
