180ml of cooled boiled water
6 scoops of Karihome High Calcium Goat Milk Powder or 4 scoops of Karihome Gold Adult Goat Milk
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
150g mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup vegetable or chicken stock
Salt & pepper to taste
Sauté onion and mushrooms till soft.
Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
Pour in the Karihome Goat Milk mixture and stock.
Simmer till thickened, season to taste, and serve warm.
