Karihome Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • 180ml of cooled boiled water

  • 6 scoops of Karihome High Calcium Goat Milk Powder or 4 scoops of Karihome Gold Adult Goat Milk

  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 150g mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken stock

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion and mushrooms till soft.

  2. Add flour and stir for 1 minute.

  3. Pour in the Karihome Goat Milk mixture and stock.

  4. Simmer till thickened, season to taste, and serve warm.
