Karihome Red Bean Soup

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 1/2 cup red beans, soaked overnight

  • 3 cups water

  • 4 scoops Karihome Gold Adult Goat Milk or 6 scoops High Calcium Goat Milk Powder

  • 2-3 tbsp rock sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

  • Optional: small tapioca pearls or lotus seeds for extra texture

 

Instructions:

 

  • Drain soaked red beans and boil in 3 cups water until soft (about 45–60 min, or use pressure cooker to shorten).

  • Sweeten with rock sugar or honey and simmer for 5 more minutes.

  • Dissolve Karihome milk powder in a little warm water and stir into the red bean soup.

  • Serve warm or slightly chilled.
